7. Everyone gets nervous, if you’re not then there’s something wrong with you. The structure of the AFF is designed for this. You’re built up step-by-step. After a few jumps nerves will easily transition into euphoria. You’ll still be terrified - but in a good way. Skydiving is a dangerous sport than can be done safely. Statistically there's more risk to you getting in an accident driving to the DZ than the jumping itself. Additionally all of our courses include wind tunnel time for this reason. The wind tunnel will make you safer, more confident and less scared before the jump. After 20 minutes of wind tunnel you've effectively already done 20 skydives. This conditions your brain to the feeling of free fall before you've ever done it, and beings the process of building neurological pathways. In turn this reduces the fear response and something happening called sensor overload. On a normal AFF course you're thrown out of a plane without any of this, and made to hope for the best.

Repeat jumps can happen if you fail a level. You’ll need to cover the cost of additional repeat jumps (but hopefully you won’t need to as the windtunnel will give you a huge advantage).

Skydiving drop zones will sometimes sell you the AFF, not the full A-licence. The AFF is only half of what you need to get the A licence. Our trips include the entire thing. Additionally, everything from luxury accommodation to wind tunnel time to one-to-one training to car rental and content are all included within our price. We are not the cheapest, nor do we try to be. You can absolutely get your licence done elsewhere, without the extras, for far less. We prioritise safety, whilst understanding the value of your time and the people that you're surrounded with.

Any travel or general insurance that covers skydiving abroad. Big Cat and Insure4sport are commonly used ones. Don’t worry, we can help you sort this and it can be organised on the zoom call prior to the trip.

The course starts in the morning in Madrid where we’ll meet at the wind tunnel. A lot of the guys prefer to arrive the day before so they can explore Madrid and not worry about getting an early flight. From there we’ll then travel by train down to Seville, where we’ll collect the car, then head to the villa.

A basic level of fitness and body awareness is required to skydive. If you've got a background in any sport, this is a massive advantage. Being fit, healthy, and generally flexible is always going to be beneficial. The weight limit is 95 kg.

Spain gives us far more jump days than the UK, but weather happens everywhere. The 10-day window is built with buffer days. In the very rare case of a serious weather event, we’ll refund you on any jumps that haven’t been completed.

Once you've got your skydiving A-licence, you can jump anywhere in the world solo. After the trip ends, you'll be added to the More Life Skydiving community. A global community of vetted individuals from across the globe. Every person in the community has been through our courses, and we arrange regular events for licenced skydivers, including helicopter jumps, balloon jumps, and tunnel events. You'll have access to these trips, form memories, make connections, and get to travel the world with the guys after you've completed the course.
